California Primary Care Association (CPCA)

California Primary Care Association (CPCA) is the statewide leader and recognized voice representing the interests of California community health centers and their patients.

CPCA represents more than 600 non-profit community health centers that provide comprehensive, quality health care services, particularly for low-income, uninsured and underserved Californians, who might otherwise not have access to health care.

The Council of Community Clinics works closely with the CPCA

Our clinics have a history of working with CPCA and have benefited from this relationship in terms of providing input on legislative issues, networking with clinic executive directors from across the state, and increasing access to resources and technical assistance.

CPCA's programs ensure that California's community health centers are prepared to respond to the rapidly changing environment and that they are on the cutting edge of innovation in the provision of health care.

Their diverse programs provide services to ensure community health centers have access to quality training and technical assistance, the latest research and analysis, and the opportunity to network with peers.

These services help build strong clinics and health centers that are improving the care of California's uninsured and underinsured.
